Hello everyone 🙂

My name is Lisa Nicole. I am a canadian country rock recording artist and would love to share with you a little bit about myself, and how I dealt with certain stresses of growing up while keeping on the right track!

My best advice is to stay true to yourself. Going through high school, I was teased A LOT. And for a long time it was hard for me to go to school. It took me a few years to realize though that, as hard as it is to do, to try not to think about what other people think. And to surround yourself with good people. I eventually would just remove myself from situations where anything negative would affect me. But most importantly I embraced my passion, which was music. I started singing 3-4 times a week at the age of 15.

Lisa Nicole WorkoutAs I grew up and am now in my 20’s the second best advice I can to you is to be good to your body! It’s the only one you got so take care of it! I don’t go a day without sweating. For myself, I go on lots of hikes, runs and workout at the gym 6 days a week.

That might not be for everyone, but if you’re at least being active in someway everyday, you will feel so much better! Let exercise be your stress reliever not things like.. comfort food! It’s ok once in a while but I promise a good workout will do you better!

So, that’s what has worked for me, music and fitness! Find out what you’re passionate about and put everything into that. Surround yourself with good people and positive energy.
